Whether you buy your equipment from us or another reseller we will provide you with support. From initial installation to reconfiguration or troubleshooting a problem.
IP USA customers will receive their initial remote installation free of charge and up to 10 hours of free support. For those customers who purchased the equipment elsewhere our remote installation and support fees are listed on this page.
