The base system supports up to 120 simultaneous

VoIP calls (equivalent to 5 T1 or 4 E1 spans).

Capacity may be expanded up to 672 simultaneous

calls by adding multiple CR-120 upgrade options.

Call Relay SP Options

Please select the options below if you are upgrading an existing

Call Relay SP.

CR-120 Call Relay Upgrade Option

Provides additional 120 call capacity for Call Relay

SP. This upgrade can be added to the base system

to support a maximum of 672 simultaneous VoIP

calls on a single Call Relay SP.

Number of CR-120 Upgrades:

If you have a Call Relay base system up to 4 CR-120 upgrades may be installed.

Note - If a total of 4 upgrade options are added to the Call Relay SP, for a total of 600 simultaneous calls,

an additional 72 call capacity will be added free of charge to provide the maximum capacity of 672 calls.

PS-120 PacketSaver Option

Packet multiplexing feature improves bandwidth

utilization when making calls between Quintum

switches and Call Relays. Each option supports

up to 120 continuous calls. PacketSaver options

can be combined to support a maximum of 672

simultaneous calls.

Note - If a total of 5 PacketSaver options are added to the Call Relay SP, for a total of 600 simultaneous
